Hey, birds need multiple vitamins in their chop, try get all the colours in th rainbow (kinda). Reds-chilli or capsicum, orange/yellow-carrot or yellow capsicum, greens-dark and bright greens+leafy, blue/purple-blueberries or purple cabbage, and white I use cauliflower. Hope this helps and makes sense 🥰
