I bought a nice leather crossbody with room for a few diapers, wipes a change of clothes some snacks and my wallet etc. I leave the big bag in the car in case I need extras.

we still use our amazon diaper backpack - you still need snacks, change of clothes, water bottle, wipes, sanitizer, first aid as they get older - its not as much stuff but it takes up the same amount of room in my experience - because potty training changes very little because now you're opening up the possibility of accidents out and about, theyre still messy at lunches out, they're still on their food and snack schedule even if you have errands

Cross over fanny bag. I got mine at target, it’s fake leather and big enough for a pack of wipes, 4 diapers and a snack. Anything else I leave in the car.
