I took this stuff for 3 months a year or so ago and had the worst experience on it. I have asked all over with no answers so maybe you’ll have some insight!? My bloating was painfully worse! The smell of the capsules themselves was horrific, smelled like spoiled dog kibble exposed to heat. Maybe it doesn’t work with every person’s chemistry, but I was extremely hopeful.
