@hopefulfoodfinds: Beef Chili // Football season might be over, but chili season is forever. 🙌🏼 This is my go-to chili recipe that I’ve tweaked over the years to pack in more protein, fiber, veggies, and gut-healthy ingredients. It’s hearty, nourishing, and ready in about 20 minutes. Serve with mini cornbread muffins! I love the @Bob’s Red Mill recipe gluten-free mix. ✨ #Recipe 1 tbsp olive oil 1 lb grass-fed ground beef 1 medium onion, chopped 1 bell pepper, chopped 1 tbsp tomato paste 2 cups beef bone broth @Kettle and Fire 1 cup corn, fresh or frozen 1 15oz can black beans, drained and rinsed 1 10oz can diced tomatoes (I like the one with mild green chilis) Chili seasoning: 1/2 tbsp chili powder 1/2 tsp cumin 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 salt 1/4 tsp black pepper For seasoning, combine all your spices and set aside. In a large pot over medium-heat, add olive oil. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Add onion and bell pepper and sauté for a few minutes until slightly soft. Add tomato paste and mix to incorporate. Add beans, tomatoes, bone broth, 1 cup of water, corn, and seasoning. Bring to a simmer and continue to simmer for at least 15 minutes to bring together flavors. Ready to serve with your favorite chili toppings! #easymeals #fiberrich #guthealthy #proteinpacked
