❤️I am sorry you are experiencing the Italian Bureaucracy and being scammed. I am also on the process of renovating my own small villa with 3 acres of land and I know how hard it is and how many pleasant and unpleasant surprises arise. Nevertheless love that you are still enjoying your lives and making the best of it. I always believe is not the end result that truly satisfies us but how we try to enjoy the journey towards it that truly fulfills. Wishing you the very best!!! I agree with the choices you are making to beautify some spaces that will bring inspiration and a sense of achievement that will get you through the harder and more expensive work. This is why there are so many abandoned houses in Italy. Paying for the permits from the council, pain stakingly slow bureaucracy not to mention the costs and a slow housing market/ poor economy where salaries are low. Definitely something you do for the love of it ♥️
