So according to you this man should not of complied and resisted? Which would actually cause him problems and got him arrested. Even if he does get arrested cause the cops being shady, he will get all his charges dropped in court after the breathalyzer test or blood test come back negative. But if he took your horrible advice he'll be charged with obstruction and possibly resisting. Which wouldn't get dropped in court.
