Parkland genuinely changed my life. I remember exactly where I was that day. Sitting in my English class and watching firsthand Snapchat and Twitter videos of the shooting. I remember thinking, “That could be me.” And I didn’t want it to be. Today I work in school safety and evaluate these types of threats and so much more.
