I had the same symptoms for almost 2 years. Went to acupressure and epley maneuver every few weeks. I maintain going once a month but haven’t had any dizzy spells for almost a year

I had this and mine was low iron and low ferritin levels. 2 weeks into the correct amount of prescription iron medicine. I feel way better.
