Yes I did 2 years ago, it was dry, frizzy, breaking and thinning 🥺 but found an amazing product line that has helped me grown another layer of hair. 🥹 so happy x

have you had your vitamin D levels checked?? I'm in perimenopause too and my hair was coming out in chunks, have a blood test and I was extremely low on vitamin D although it was summer time and im forever out with the dog.anyway I had a 6 week huge boost off the dr now I take a small daily amount and within 6 months my hair although not perfect is looking loads better and coming back
