he's in handcuffs because he's black and the cops are tyrants. the man stopped at a stop sign and had an interaction with the cop but the cop decided to tell him to move along but he questioned the cops action so the cop gets mad and now it's about the tent in his window and now he has to get out the car. this is all Bs and these cops know it and the sad part is this individual is the supervisor on site. they really do need to remove qualified immunity and hold these cops to a higher standard since they are supposed to be the keepers of the law
