With my autism/ADHD, my brain is continually evaluating what I’m saying, and the feedback that I’m getting and reconsolidating my thoughts and words. It’s almost like the first time I say it it’s a rough draft and then when I say it the second time that’s a better version with updated context

Yup, this is my writing style - I usually do it 3 times, and then edit out the extras - time consuming, but really good for selecting for tone and such, because you just gave yourself so many options… 🤭
