Y’all are numbed by economies of scale. Do anything for yourself, by hand, it becomes expensive to produce; the artist adds extra for their level of skill because they’ve spent their life developing it. Also, yes, there are people who’d pay this much for a piece of art. Also, yes, there’s cheaper ones that are still high quality. It’s an “action figure” in concept alone; in execution and display, it’s more of a statue.
