That kid in the video deserves an apology. He noticed the cat had been there for a long period of time. Owner didn’t even know about the cat being deceased until AFTER Super Bowl Sunday. The video is of that weekend. The guy who printed all of the papers to hand out was CAUGHT snooping around someone’s driveway with a flashlight scoping out the area at night uninvited. He was griping about a DIFFERENT situation prior to the cat deal. That guys just kicking up dust to divert attention to himself. The young dude in this video deserves an apology from everyone who went with the story and ran with it.
