In 27 years I have 3 favorite customers. An old man veteran that hates being at the shop as much as I do. An old lady that brings me coffee/lunch. And a guy that doesn't ask questions, pays his bill, tips then leaves.

i set the tone for the customer as soon as they come in. my bays are next to the service/drop off lanes, i blast deathcore and metalcore all day long knowing damn well they can hear it loud and clear
