I feel this. My girl is 28 months and has been in speech and OT and she’s made progress but we still have lots of work to do. The mom guilt hits hard bc I start to think about what I could’ve done better to help her 😔

I am sure you are doing everything in your power for your little love. You just remain being his rock and walking him through this time in his life. He will be doing ALL the things in no time. I think a lot of pressure gets put on not only mamas but also the littles, to hit every and all milestones at very specific times and every child is DIFFERENT and learn in different ways. When your little one is ready he will show you everything you have taught him ❤️

Thank you for this, I've been struggling with this personally. Many people dont understand how it mentally affects us mothers, feeling like we have failed and carrying daily guilt. I am doing everything in my power to get the help we need. I'm praying that my baby gets his speech therapy soon, unfortunately there is a long waiting list. Prayers for both of you 🥰 You are doing great!
