@detroit75kitchen: This is why I refuse to make smaller portion sizes. Feeding people is a responsibility that I don't take lightly. There are so many restaurants to choose from, so when a guest comes here, I know that they passed a dozen other options on their way. They trust me to deliver a fair trade for the money they work their @sses off for, and there's no way I'm going to let them down. They deserve a meal that's not only going to fill them up, but keep them full and give them energy for the rest of the day. I love hearing that so many of our guests have enough for two meals. I mean, let's face it— a lot of us can't afford to be throwing away money, so getting two meals for the price of one can be a game-changer. No matter what, I never want anyone to leave my kitchen hungry. - Chef Mike #portionsize #value #businessmindset

Had you guys for the first time last week while working on the bridge. Cheese steak was a 10/10 and the garlic fries with jalepeno ketchup was a 1000/10. If I still lived on the east side of the state I’d be a regular

I come all the way from Texas and I always stop I won’t eat for 24 hours just so I can eat here and he gave me a bottle of ketchup. Everything there is amazing especially the lemonade.

The flaw in this concept- many items don’t hold over until that next meal. You would never serve day old fries, so the idea that we’re getting so much value, falls flat. I understand menu pricing- so I totally get it. Just saying there is a large group of society that would appreciate smaller portions, rather than using that as the justification
