Good job, move your entrance and foyer/Ante room everything to the left then bring your living room to the right, don’t mind the Severy window in the kitchen you can close it, by then your living room will look more organized, align your living room with the wall that carry the kitchen entrance door let it start from there and end at where u put ur V.Toil now (so just interchange the living room and entrance/foyer then flip the foyer so that your v.T can get its window

I dont agree with this ur plan ooo .. I feel the house is big but relatively small spaces ... rooms need to be cross ventilated and access to the kitchen, gym and lobby behind is not so clear considering the take of the stairs flight..

Nice concept overall 👏 I like the layout idea, but I think you could improve the circulation a bit some spaces feel slightly tight or not well connected. Maybe adjusting the room flow would make it stronger.
