I think it’s also popular on XHS (Chinese version of IG) and at first I was a little skeptical that the tea would burn but it didn’t! Lowkey this tastes exactly like regular milk tea but it was fun to make! I think the caramel flavor would be stronger if I used regular milk, but the oat milk masked the flavor.
