I understand Ben 100% and I believe the paparazzi needs to start having boundaries and understanding them for instance of fan of an actor and actress. That’s truly a fan understands respect and respect boundaries so a fan that’s like that would see them in public and look at their situational awareness and see are they with their wife? Are they with their kids? Are they with friends trying to have a meal at a restaurant and if they see any of those types of things, the fan simply walks past and doesn’t bother them, but if you see them, casually walking down the sidewalk, you know where it’s just them. It’s probably more than OK to walk up and give a quick high and everything and politely say hey may I get a picture with you and they would probably be more than happy to because you’re respecting their boundaries celebrities want to be respected and they understand the attention comes with the territory, but even so people still need to respect boundaries.
