The bracelet tutorial you’ve all been waiting for…mini hearts! 🧵💖 This flat Kumihimo weave looks tricky, but once you get the cardboard setup down, it’s super easy! I made one version with a thicker satin cord and one with classic embroidery floss, and honestly, I can't decide which one I love more. Save this post for your next cozy craft night! 👇 What you’ll need: - 12 strands of cord/floss (~24 inches each): 10 of your main color + 2 of your heart color - A square cardboard loom: 4 slits on each edge (top, bottom, left, right) with a hole punched in the center - A pen to label your cardboard slots, scissors, tapestry needle, and a safety pin 📦 The Setup: 1️⃣ Label top slots 1, 2, 3, 4 and bottom slots 5, 6, 7, 8. 2️⃣ Label left slots A, B, C, D and right slots E, F, G, H. 3️⃣ Knot all 12 strands together, push the knot through the center hole, and secure your strands: ♥️Main Color: Slots 1–4 (top), B & C (left), F & G (right), 5 & 8 (bottom outer). 🤍Heart Color: Slots 6 & 7 (bottom middle). 🔁 The Pattern Step-by-Step: Top & Bottom Moves: Move 2 to H and 3 to D. Move 6 to E and 7 to A. Adjust top/bottom to the middle: Move 1 to 2, 4 to 3, 5 to 6, and 8 to 7. Side Moves: Move F to 8 and G to 4. Move B to 5 and C to 1. Adjust sides to the middle: Move E to F, H to G, A to B, and D to C. Repeat this pattern until your bracelet reaches the length you want!
