Find them in my bio 👀💖 - “Tortillas”: ✰ 16 oz ground chicken breast - garlic powder, onion powder, taco seasoning, salt and pepper ✰ 2 eggs ✰ 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese ✰ 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Fettuccine Alfredo: ✰ 5 oz fettuccine ✰ 1 cup nonfat cottage cheese ✰ 1 oz shredded Parmesan ✰ 1/4 cup fairlife milk 1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Add seasonings, eggs, and half of cheese to chicken and combine. 3. On a lined baking sheet, spread chicken into 6, thin circles then sprinkle bread crumbs. 4. Bake tortillas for about 15 minutes or until internal temp is 165F and breadcrumbs are golden. 5. Boil fettuccine until al dente. 6. Blend cottage cheese, Parmesan, milk and spices then add to pan on LOW heat. 7. Combine blended sauce with pasta, then top tacos. 8. Top with extra parmesan and parsley. 9.
