With me it went from my phone blowing up daily running all over town all day, retirement day ..no calls, no texts, …nothing.. . That was 5 years ago, I learned how to I keep my self busy.. I’m ok 🙂

NO, one does not have to wake up and wonder, what is the point of today? one can wake up and embrace the day filling it out with whatever you feel. smile and raise your arms to the heavens.
