@hannahlouisab: I am actually ending my 75 soft a few days early so I can now knuckle down and do 75 hard (my version) as we have just brought a home gym set up! I am so excited to see what else I can achieve and now work more towards feeling fit and building muscle 🥹 Unfortunately I wasn’t able to stick to my plan 100% as we were thrown a few personal curveballs but I still tried my best and I am so proud of myself! 🥹🫶🏼 This is your reminder to take before and afters as sometimes it’s hard to see any difference until you look back 🥹
