It's called electrolytes in your water. Those are naturally occurring minerals that are lost during the distillation process. So they're added back in. That way, it's closer to tap water than not. There's no food dye in plain raw pultry.

America is very strict on their labeling laws, the UK doesn’t list every ingredient the US does. There’s quite literally no difference from the water you’d find at home.
