Tombstone is most likely the main villain, he can easily be the character that hires all these villains to go after Spiderman and then you have Jean Gray just be kind of a side plot that ends up bringing the hulk back for a fight with Spiderman and punisher and then they end up teaming to fight all these villains, I mean realistically Tomstone is the only one that can fight the hulk
