@vicosottoreal: BAKIT DAW ANG BILIS ‼️ first concrete pouring at the New Pasig City Hall. 🗿 At only 4 months since groundbreaking (Oct 2025), construction is ahead of schedule. UPDATES: ✅ (1) FOUNDATION COMPLETE. Because the site has liquefiable soil conditions, we installed 𝟳𝟭 𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝟲𝟬 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 to ensure long-term structural stability. (The bored piles are attached with state-of-the-art base isolators, as seen in the demo during groundbreaking, which is used in major infrastructure abroad.) ✅ (2) 𝗡𝗔𝗞𝗔𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔 𝗡𝗔; 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗦 𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗚. 🔵‼️ We are using 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗹, allowing for higher manufacturing precision and faster construction speeds. They are made offsite, under better conditions and with higher quality control; then simply assembled "like Lego" onsite. (Some beams take as little as 5 minutes to install 😳) 🔵 Construction is also ongoing practically 𝟮𝟰/𝟳. Looking forward to completion. The New City Hall will help the LGU level up in its service delivery... from a new home for our City Health facilities to more efficient Permitting systems and more.
