Replying to @🎀 You can absolutely add broccoli florets to this — I usually toss them in at the sauce stage, but I left them out this time because my boys were being fussy 😅 Ingredients Chicken •	600–700g chicken tenders or 3 large chicken breasts •	1–1½ tsp adobo seasoning and complete adobo seasoning if you don’t have you knorr aromat all purpose •	1 tbsp mixed herbs •	Salt & black pepper •	Olive oil •	20g butter Alfredo Sauce (made in the same pan) •	2 garlic cloves, finely chopped •	300–350ml double cream •	1 tbsp cream cheese •	Black pepper (to taste) •	40–50g grated Parmesan •	50g garlic & herb mixed cheese (Optional) •	A handful of broccoli florets – lightly steamed or added straight into the sauce to soften ⸻ Method 1.	Cook the chicken Season chicken with adobo, mixed herbs, salt and pepper. Pan-sear in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through. Add butter and baste for extra flavour. Remove from pan, rest briefly, then cut into bite-size pieces. 2.	Make the Alfredo sauce Lower the heat add a knob of butter and add the garlic to the same pan. Cook for ~30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the double cream and season with black pepper. Stir in cream cheese, Parmesan and garlic & herb mixed cheese. Simmer gently until smooth and creamy. 👉 If using broccoli, add it now and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until tender. 3.	Finish Return the chicken to the sauce (or top the potatoes with the chicken) stir to coat everything beautifully, and you’re ready to pile this over your fluffy jackets 🥔🤍
