Homemade Butter Recipe • 2 cups cold heavy cream • Pinch of salt (optional) Pour cold cream into a stand mixer or bowl. Whip on medium-high until it goes from whipped cream → separates into butter + buttermilk. Strain off the buttermilk (save it for baking!). Rinse the butter under very cold water and gently press out the liquid. Add a pinch of salt if you like salted butter, then shape and chill. That’s it. Real butter. Made in your own kitchen.
