i’m sorry but why tf is it not common medical practice for these doctors to put under the order the indication for why THIS specific pt is receiving this medicine? sure i can look up what it is what it’s used for but it’ll give 10 different uses and nothing tells me why THIS PT is getting it and it is not within my scope to decide and tell the pt or guess
