Doesn’t the powder ruin the cream ? You put powder on to of the concealer then applied foundation. That powder wont do anything?

When you are setting your under eyes then use the back of a spatula or a brush to roll under the eyes, it removes the excess product. Then after you apply a very small amount of powder to a puff spray a small amount setting spray on it, wait a few seconds and apply that to your under eyes
