Why do the service advisors and the parts guys make more money than the mechanic? the mechanic can easily become a service advisor and the parts guy.But the other two cannot become a mechanic

One of the problems at our dealership is parts employees are hourly and don’t make money like techs and advisors who are flat rate and commission. Our A techs make well over 100k B 80-100k and C techs 55k-75k. Advisors make 75k-90k. Parts 45k.
