At the end of the infinity castle parts- Muzan turns into a giant baby and tanjiro goes into the Baby and then he killed Muzan and then Tanjiro turns into a demon after he defeat Muzan at the end btw but tanjiro turns back into a human and Nezuko turns back into a human also and tanjiro, Nezuko, zinetzu, inoska go back to tanjiros old house and everyone from their village helps them clean up their old house.. sorry for spoiling😅 I got all that info from the manga.
