I don’t understand why porkers are trained to just aim in a general area and just fire rapidly in the hopes that they might hit the suspect. They should be trained to keep a level head and take aim before each shot. Firing rapidly in a general direction isn’t going to reduce the risk that one of the suspect’s randomly fired rounds is going to hit him.
