@anna.antonje: Tabbouleh Salat 🌿 Ingredients: • Fresh parsley (finely chopped) • Fresh mint (chopped) • Tomatoes (diced) • Bulgur (soaked and drained) • Green onions (sliced) • Lemon juice • Olive oil • Salt & pepper • Preparation: • Soak bulgur in water for 10–15 minutes, then drain well. • Chop parsley, mint, tomatoes, and green onions finely. • Mix all ingredients in a bowl. • Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. • Toss well and serve chilled. 🥗✨
