fun fact: this movie almost bankrupting studio madhouse was the reason that MAPPA was made. The owner of Madhouse at the time saw that the company was struggling financially and creatively and said “I’m gonna go and make a new studio” thus MAPPA was created. You can pretty much thank Redline for the indirect creation of the insane JJK and CSM anime adaptations.
