It's gray because the syrup is purple and the lemonade is yellow, those colors are on opposite sides of the color wheel so it's neutralizing and creating a darker shade. Also on a separate note, I now really want lavender lemonade.

You could add some butterfly pea tea into the lemonade to make it purple! And the taste won’t be too affected

this is CRAZY to me, my grandparents live in the Lavender Capital of the US so I grew up SURROUNDED by Lavender and it is AMAZING

Do a blueberry lavender lemonade! The lavender is subtle but with the blueberry and lemon it works well!
