Never seen underfloor heating done that way , with there being a void is there not a chance of condensation being trapped on cool down and warm up ? Im all for this , save on screed or flowscreed

Are you a plumber? I asked the guys they did it this way as it’s not a stand alone system it’s actually much better for our wood as no direct contact so no much movement on the 10mm overlay. There are also about 4 heaters per room that is roughly 40-60 square meters. So there a lot of radiators in the house.
