Interviewers who play psych games with me or judging me are toxic to work with. Believe me, if somebody makes you uncomfortable and anxious, they're not for you. An interview tells you what type of people you'll be dealing with

I told my boss I am a recovered addict during the interview. He hired me immediately because he’s recovered as well. I’m 7 years sober, if a company isn’t going to accept all your parts, it’s not worth working there. Best boss I’ve ever had, I’m his apprentice now and I genuinely love the guy

For heaven's sake! HR is overdoing it with the interviews. They end up scrutinizing every single detail just to find the perfect candidate, but in the end, they choose the one with the fewest qualifications. Their criteria are just completely off . There is no perfect candidate. As if companies are perfect and they try to recruit the perfect one . All the above is just theory .

Lol! I’ve heard this. Like a perfectly placed tie won’t help you out as much as one that’s slightly crooked or a hair part that’s isn’t straight or hair that isn’t perfectly done ( done but not perfect.)
