😣 I use to get hives really bad when I was young. Went to the doctors multiple times, cut out foods, lotions, even switched up on laundry detergents. Come to find out I was allergic to stress! Even in my young adulthood when I partied a lot and didn’t get any sleep. They would come out (mostly on my cheeks and hands). I use to internalize a lot bs and as I matured I learned to control my emotions, meditate, etc. Now when they come out I know I’m putting my mind and/or body through “stress” and I just take a back seat.

Check for mold in the household or around your sleep area. I had hives for about a year and a half until I found out it was mold that was causing my hive breakouts. I’d leave the house and the hives went away.. the moment I entered it came back. Hope this helps.

See that’s why I don’t like posting about my hives. While I am sure people mean well, if one more person asks me to change softener or mattress I will scream 😂 I have gone as far as buying a new washer

Omg I get these too. They have tested my thyroid and for other auto immune like lupus and still nothing. Do you get them when it’s really cold outside too?!

It’s day 57 you say? You live down south it’s heavy allergy season about this amount of time. Did you get a tree pollen test? I’m pretty sure I’m allergic to oak pollen it’s so bad right now 😩
