I also think it’s important to look less at the fact that the gentleman’s divorced and more at the fruit of his life now - whether there has been repentance, healing, humility, and a genuine desire to walk faithfully with God. The Bible takes marriage seriously, but it also takes redemption seriously. So once he's done that, then yes .... those can be good reasons.
