I find it interesting that we all experience tic disorders differently. my motor tic feels like a spring being wound up then the tic relieves it. I only conciously feel that winding up before a larger tic attack my small ones go on without anything before. then during the tic attack I feel like a doorstep being released.

Genuine question because I’m not diagnosed can you have tics without feeling anything before hand? (Like for my vocal tics specifically I won’t feel anything and it will just come out.)
