I achieved my Sophia Stage in 2023 I turned away from everyone who I thought was a friend which left me with no one and I was okay with that I stopped explaining myself to anyone I'd let go of caring about what people thought about me to finally let go of caring lifted so much weight off my shoulders I started loving being by myself and during that time I found myself began loving myself realizing my worth and now I am just learning that there's a name for it the Sophia Stage

I'm 100 in my Sophia stage been for a year now I was in a 19-year narcissistic relationship lost myself completely ended up on drugs went to a rehab facility was gone for about 3 years between two rehabs and one intensive impatient working on myself came out of the rehab didn't experiment didn't know at the time that it would set off my Kundalini Awakening but didn't experiment to see about anyone healed trauma left from when I was in rehab and I came across this video on tick tock said with every version of yourself and last six questions when I did that I had complete liberation and achieved what we call the Sophia stage and I've been walking in my light and my truth now for over a year
