the gummy multivitamins gave me constant diarrhea for an entire month!! I also ordered the iron supplement and it came opened, leaking everywhere. I just dont trust this brand!!

I only took a tablespoon per day. I drink plenty of water. My liver enzymes shot up from 17 to 53 on my recent blood test. My holistic doctor looked at the ingredients and flipped out when she saw the amt of chromium . I was told to immediately stop.
