@builtwithtools: Exterior door replacement. I changed it from an outswing to an inswing. Also, got rid of the brick mold and trimmed it out with a cleaner look that matches the house. I have an in swing door on my shed and what to change to an out swing is it a bad idea having the hinges exposed to the weather.

Uhm? No tape to seal between the door frame and the wall where you previously used flashing tape. Only the wooden furring strips and the exterior trim? Water will make its way in there for sure
