to start, my pronouns are she/her, it/its, xe/xer, cosmic/cosmics/cosmicself, astro/astros/astroself! 1: 'what made you want that specific pronoun?' im neurodivergent and feel my gender very differently than most people do! i feel incredibly connected to space in general and feel these ones help me understand my identity. 2: 'can anything be a pronoun?' yes! in the format of '_/_/_s/_self', anything can be put in the empty spaces and be used as a pronoun, and they're used like a regular pronoun (ie 'she went to the store to buy groceries for herself' becomes 'cosmic went to the store to buy groceries for cosmicself'). 3: 'why did you not feel a pronoun like she/he/they/it fit you?' i use both neos and regular pronouns! i use she/her as i feel feminine, it/its because my gender feels between feminine and non-human, xe/xer as its a more gender-neutral alterative to she/her! (and cosmic/astro because of the reasoning in the first question :3) - none of this is insensitive or judgemental! its perfectly alright to be curious about a certain topic, and im so glad youre willing to learn and not hate on them! :3

I personally use neo pronouns because I am neurodivergent and my gender feels connected to different things other than just the traditional masculine and feminine, and I also use traditional pronouns as well !

I am autistic and I don't understand neopronouns and don't like them. They use nouns as pronouns and thats not right grammatically 😭 😭 i use she/they pronouns and i AM VERY SUPPORTIVE of trans people as many of my friends are trans and im demi girl!! But i dont understand it and honestly think its hurts the trans community making us look like fools and laughing stocks. It hurts real trans people. You can go by multiple nicknames 😭😭 just do that. You can be called star, pup, bug, moth, etc. pronouns are NOT nouns. They take the place of nouns and go with specific nouns typically. Neopronouns make me mad. And i wont "misgender people" i will just simply not talk to them or use those specific ones if they use any other real pronoun ill use that if they don't mind and we are friends.

When I saw my neopronouns I was like “that’s me. That fits me.” And it just stuck. I go by he/him as well but my preference is Pup/pups/pupself. It makes me feel better about myself and like I have control over something

Because I want to identify myself on a deeper level. I use Amplus/Amplusic since I feel a certain connection with the label, I just feel like if I use it as one of my pronouns, people would get to know me better. But I also use He/They, it depends on you if you want to use my neopronouns but I just want people to respect them.
