I knew I was pregnant immediately (both times) because of the temp trends on Oura. And I got minor/major signs for about a week. And then the minor/major signs returned again when I was miscarrying. I swear by this ring

Mine picked up my pulmonary embolism. I bad chest pain (I thought was gas) and it was giving me a vascular event notice. Then a major signs warning. Went to the ER and had an acute P.E I was admitted into ICU
