Let me say this ONCE. “oz.” Is WEIGHT. So a cup of flour WILL NOT be the same WEIGHT as a cup of water. But it is the same VOLUME. A… CUP… THATS THE VOLUME. THATS THE POINT OF USING A MEASURING TOOL. TO MEASURE VOLUME. NOT WEIGHT!! SO STOP SAYING A CUP OF FLOUR IS 4 OZ AND A CUP OF WATER IS 8 OZ.
