My dad passed away unexpectedly 6 years ago right before Christmas. My brothers were 6. The boon “The Invisible String” was so helpful, especially at such a young age. Also if they have peer grief groups, so your children know they aren’t alone in their feelings! Holding space for you & your family during this difficult time 🫶🏻

We lost my daughter’s dad when she was 2 1/2. It’s been 27 years & what I can say is it gets easier but never goes away. Navigating grief while having to still raise kids is so tough.
