@joinequ: RECIPE IN CAPTION 👇 Our Lazy Sushi hack went viral for a reason, so we had to make a tuna version. Think creamy tuna, fresh avo and perfectly seasoned rice. Just layer it all in the tray and voilà. Ingredients: 3 Obento Japanese Yaki Nori For Sushi 300g Pandaroo Sushi Rice (weighed uncooked) 20ml Obento Mirin Seasoning 15g White Sugar 200g Avocado 40g Kewpie Mayonnaise 50% Reduced Fat 4 x John West Tuna Chunks - Springwater 95g Can Method: 1. Line a square baking dish with cling wrap, making sure there’s overhang on all sides to help with flipping later. 2. Cook the Sushi Rice as per packet instructions. While still warm, stir through the Rice Wine Vinegar and Sugar until dissolved. 3. Mix drained tuna with mayonnaise. 4. Start layering: place 1 x Nori Sheet down in the base of the dish, then spread over half the Rice. Add a layer of tuna, then sliced avocado. 5. Place a second Nori Sheet on top, then the remaining Rice, and finally the last Nori Sheet. 6. Fold over the cling wrap to cover the top and press everything down firmly. 7. Carefully flip the whole stack onto a chopping board, unwrap, and slice into squares or rectangles to serve.
