I agree to most part of this video BUTTT panty liners are a serious no go. Please it has no purpose, it traps moisture and heat and it only causes irritation and a possible infection. Yo do not need to wear liners everyday! A good pair of cotton underwear-changing underwear daily and washing the area / showering every day is more than enough.

I don’t care what anyone says but panty liners are a must!i would literally be changing underwear multiple times a day without it!Not sure if after giving birth you get more discharge 🤷🏾♀️

Very informative video Sara 🙌 Just to add panty liners aren’t ideal for daily use. They can trap moisture and reduce airflow, which may increase irritation, infections, and the chances of UTIs. It’s usually best to use them only when needed.

Panty liners are great for someone like me who has a lot of discharge and not just period discharge. Its so reassuring to have the liner because I am absolutely soggy especially when I am ovulating 😅

I feel like people who’ve never used liners might think it’s a bad idea, but if you naturally have more discharge than others, I’d honestly recommend trying them. They’ve worked really well for me and I’ve been using it for as long as I can remember:). if you try it and it’s not for you, that’s totally fine and you don’t have to keep using them. But it’s definitely worth seeing if it makes you feel more comfortable 🐣

i have been using panty liner since i was 12. the moment i started getting discharged, lucky enough to have had my sister that time with me and mumy was abroad and educated enough to send us panty liners in big boxes from abroad. i use it everyday day ahile pani and its so nice

Good video-Pantyliner is big No for me, it was irritating- my gynaecologist not recommended me. Wiping up with tissue paper after peeing is big non-negotiable, and consuming yoghurt and cranberry everyday is life-changing for balancing the pH level

Very informative! especially for women who don’t have anyone to share these tips with. I also love U by Kotex Light Pantyliners; they’re absolutely superb. When I was in Nepal, I bought a Nepali brand pantyliner called Safety from Bhatbhateni Super Market, and honestly, they were just as good as U by Kotex! Ladies who are saying pliners r not good, please note that pantyliners also need to be changed every time they become wet or after a few hours of use. This helps keep the area clean, dry, and healthy down there! ✨️

Liners are the most esp after giving birth. I don’t feel comfortable going out without it. I always carry a spare one, it’s very small and thing hardly you can feel anything.
